Focuses on startup creation, SaaS financial modeling, Lean Startup validation, Product-Led Growth (PLG), venture capital fundraising, term sheet negotiations, and pilot-to-contract execution.

Course Learning Outcomes

    1. Formulate scalable EdTech startup business models using Lean Startup methodologies.
    2. Structure pricing models that balance cloud AI compute pass-through costs with sustainable user seat margins.
    3. Build financial forecasts, unit economic models (CAC, LTV), and cap tables for venture capital pitch decks.
